Hello guys....

today I want to share some tips regarding dangerous act after we having our meal. Until now, i just noticed only 3 things that i must avoid after having a meal especially after lunch,dinner & breakfast.

1) don't drink water immediately - at least after 30 min cause water will disturb the digestion
process thus difficult to digest.
2) don't swim and bathe - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands,
legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
3) don't eat fruits - my suggestion is better u eat fruits b4 taking ur meal cause fruits contains a
lot of vitamin c and easy to digest by stomach. Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air

this evening I manged to get another 4 extra tips regarding to this topic. Special thankz to my fren from New Zealand, currently pursuing medic course cause willing to share the info wif me.
Wat his say is true. All the info given by him are the things the we didn't realize that can effect our healthy body. Here r the extra info :

1) Don’t smoke - Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is
comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).So, for smokers..beware !!!
2) Don't drink tea - from wat he said tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will
cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
3) Don’t walk about - People always say that "after a meal walk a hundred steps and u will live
till 99". In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
4) Don't sleep immediately - the food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus it will
lead to gastric & appendices.

It depends on u whether to follow my tips or not. It's not mean u cant do at all in ur life. but try no to make it as ur habit cause if not u will easily get disease in ur life.
"prevention is better than cure"
you still can chit-chat, reading the paper, gossiping ,watching TV & so on.Its not means u can do anything at all after u having ur heavy meal....
